Are my fingers supposed to stick out of the front end?
Yes, the front end opening of our Hand Wizard is designed to fit different hand sizes. But it is not recommended to extend your fingers completely, which may cause discomfort.
Does it message the top and bottom of the hand?
It massages the entire hand. Top and bottom. It has pressure controls so you can have it really tight or with really soft pressure.
Does it include a battery?
It doesn’t take batteries. It uses a cable that plugs into wall outlet! It comes with a charging cable, similar to the ones used for cell phones.
We recommend that you charge it at night, so you can use it during the day and it will be fully charge when you need it.
How long does the Hand Wizard take to fully charge?
It takes about 4 hours to fully charge. The Hand Wizard comes with Battery Indicator, which lets you know how much battery power is left.

Can it be used when charging?
No, for safety considerations, the Hand Wizard cannot be used while charging.
How long does the battery of the Hand Wizard last on a full charge?
It lasts about 1.5 hours to 6 hours. Battery life will vary depending on the mode and intensity level you use. For example, when Heat and Vibration functions are off during use, the battery life can last 6 hours; when Heat and Vibration functions are on and at highest intensity level during use, it can last 1.5 hours instead.
How to use the Hand Wizard?
First, you need to hold the POWER button for 2s to turn the massager on and you will hear a "beep" sound.
Second, you can press the MODE button to choose your favourite mode to massage.
Third, you can press the INTENSITY button to adjust the massage intensity.
Fourth, depending on your needs, you can press the VIBRATION button and HEAT button to relax and warm your hand.
Finally, the default massage time is 15 minutes. After 15 minutes of massage, the massager automatically turns off.
If you want to turn off the Hand Wizard midway, you can press the POWER button and will hear a "beep" sound.
Is the hand sleeve washable? How could I best clean the hand surfaces?
First of all, we recommend all of our customers to wash their hands before using the Hand Wizard because the sleeve is not removable.
